He has completed executive searches across all “C suite” roles as well as for other key members of leadership teams across most industries and sectors in Australia.

Geoff has been employed in executive search and selection, in Perth since 1989. He has completed well over 1000 executive appointments since then and has built a solid reputation based upon his experience, knowledge and profile within Western Australia. With Tony Lester, Geoff is a founding Partner of Lester Blades.

Geoff has worked in most sectors in industry and commerce and is a highly regarded consultant to State and Local Governments, health and human services, professional associations and the community services sector. His work is predominantly CEO’s / Executive Directors, COO’s, GM’s, CFO’s and heads of HR, Marketing, Communications, Business Development and Legal.

James has been employed in our sector since 1995, working in both the UK and Australian markets. He has been working in the Western Australian executive search sector since 2006, and became a Partner at Lester Blades in 2013. 

Over the last 21 years James has  advised and acted on behalf of a broad portfolio of organisations, ranging from ASX200 corporations to privately owned family businesses and not-for profits. 

James is also the author of the book ‘Career Karma – Maximising your career potential’, the insider’s handbook for executives that shows how they can maximise their full career potential in the competitive employment field.

Nick began his executive search practice in Singapore in 2000 after 10 years pioneering sales of engineered steel solutions for British Steel across Asia from bases in Hong Kong, Singapore and Manila. Nick went on to lead Boyden’s Commercial / Industrial practice in Singapore for 8 years before moving to Australia and joining Lester Blades.

Over 16 years Nick has partnered with multinational and growth phase organizations to secure key executives for Asia Pacific from a global talent pool, successfully concluding searches up to CEO and functional leadership roles. He maintains his roots in Industry and Engineering, whilst nurturing strong interests in converging Technology, Advisory and Education sectors.
